Returns & Exchanges
Every piece is personally designed, handmade and polished by me in my home studio. I want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Please email me personally at sara@ajirijewelry.com if you feel there is a problem that needs to be addressed with your order and I'll promptly work with you to come to a solution.
All Custom and Made to Order items are FINAL SALE and returns and refunds will not be accepted.
My goal is for you to love your piece for a lifetime so I will work with you to resize, reset and/or redesign your Custom or Made to Order piece. A custom service charge will apply based on the modifications.
Ready to Ship (non-custom) items are subject to a strict 14 day return or exchange policy and must be in new condition and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items being exchanged for another item will not incur the 30% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance expenses. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery should you feel a return or exchange is necessary at sara@ajirijewelry.com. We cannot offer an exchange or refund for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged by the buyer, or items returned more than 14 days after the initial delivery.
